I'm not an "Elite" boxer but I usually train 3 1/2 hours a day five days a week.
And I run 2 miles every morning I wake up.
They dont train much more than that , only their intensity is probably at least 1/3 more than what yours is , quality beats quantity today , the old days it was all hard grind today its very carefully planed cycles with an enhanced peaking stage , elite fighters are like F1 very highly tuned .
Be prepared for toms of lies about how often and how long BS posters train.
Elite fighters tend to train 5 days a week, 2-3 hour sessions. Your body will quickly wear if you over train and don't allow yourself recuperation periods.
