Its a dense flavorful sauce mostly eaten with chicken or turkey. That sht is bomb, too bad most people pass up on it. If you ever for some weird reason find some sort of Mexican restaurant serving Mole up in New England (if there's even such a thing as Mexican food in New England) give it a shot Mr Old England. It might not be autentico but you might get a sense of what we are talking about.
