It will come after you're more used to sparring.

      ^ What he said.

You can do little things like don't squeeze your fist in your gloves, instead keeping your hands loose, same with your arms and shoulders.

But being trapped in ring with someone trying to punch you in the face isn't natural, so your body and mind is going to be tense and nervous. The more timee you spend in sparring and fights, you get used to it and start to loosen up and be more efficient with your movements (not randomly bouncing all over the ring).

experience is necessary yea, but i can give you a few pointers:

when u are gonna spar or fight someone, you have to find a way to conquer, to win from them. to be the better man, so you can be calmly analyzing your opponents' game. be calm and trust your ability to fight. you have an arsenal of jabs, hooks, uppercuts, to the head, to the body. don't get overconfident and you'll be fine. boxers can be good with hiding their fears and their weaknesses. you just have to trust your own strengths and persevere. you have to intensify to the fight. you can do it, because it's all in the mind.

As others have mentioned, it comes with experience, however there are some things that can help beginners. As already mentioned, don't tense your hands until you punch. Also, motion relieves tension, flick random jabs out there to help. If you are still you will tense up, guaranteed. When you move try to feel your shoulders bouncing in their sockets. Think about it, if you are tensed, your shoulders will not bounce in their sockets!

          Hope this helps!
