Damn thing says Ive been banned or suspended. I cant a straight answer from costomer service about it and Ive called them 3 times. They say their system is down right now. Anybody got this? I dont hack or mod the few online games I play.

If you have a modded system it doesn't matter if you don't use modded or hacked games online. They'll detect the modded system and ban you.
