Has anyone tried this? There is nothing better that being barefoot in nature. Feeling the earth beneath my feet and so sensational and so healthy for you. The Earth had lots of positive energy that goes through the bottom of your feet that can relive stress, inflammatory, high blood pressure. Ever since I started doing this I feel more relaxed and energized and I go barefoot alomst everywhere. Here is some cool video about earthing.

I've been doing it for a 1 year and I've never had a gash. Once in a while i'll step on a rock but my feet are well conditioned and and strong and it dosen't hurt.
