Why is this fight never mentioned up there with the other 2 great fights

Since it wasn't for a title and it was only 12 rounds it failed to capture the publics imagination as much as the first. It also didn't have the same intensity as the first or third fight did. -

I think they were fighting mainly just to get a title shot. Most of the hadred they had for each other was battered out in the first fight.What would be a logical reason for this?
