If GSP wins, yes.

If GSP loses, the fight won't ever happen. Even if GSP goes on a 5 fight winning streak afterwards. The hype for the fight would die out.

Why not hold both fights on the same card there? Henderson vs. Jones and then Silva vs. GSP to close out the show. It could be a pretty good co-main event.
