  • Comments Thread For: Sulaiman Apologizes For Pacquiao-Bradley Theft Comment

World Boxing Council head Jose Sulaiman has backed down from his comments earlier in the week in which he called Timothy Bradley’s split decision victory over Manny Pacquiao “the theft of the century.”

Sulaiman made that comment Tuesday in a written column, saying the judges’ decision was “the clearest demonstration of the importance of the system of open scoring,” which the WBC uses. Pacquiao-Bradley was a World Boxing Organization welterweight title bout.

Here is how to score the judges.

      Judge #1: Please, retire now.
      Judge #2: Now, please retire.
      Judge #3: Retire, now please.

          This place makes me laugh!

Accusations are being thrown around regarding corruption and drug cheats. Funny though when you think about it. None of the guys in question have ever been found guilty of any wrongdoing by the FBI, Police, CIA, any boxing association or government agency, yet the keyboard warriors seem know best and can spot a corrupt promoter from across the Internet without ever being involved in any way shape or form!

If they couldn't resolve this issue fair and square then expect that its gonna happen again in the future.

They should revise the assigning of Referee & Judges depending on the Nationalities of Boxers. In maintaining Neutrality, their ought to be Europeans, Asians & Latinos Judges & Referees, and should not be limited to Americans only.
