Burns doesn't want to pay US taxes and wants it to be really worth his time to fight in the US. Vasquez side never denied turning down the Broners offer, so that's all we have to go by for now. Vasquez is also taking less to fight Burns that what Broner would want, because they really have no choice. Broner is the draw in those fights, that's just how boxing is. There's a lot of questions that can't be answered. All we can do is sit back and watch.
Sorry but in the UK Broner is NOT the draw, Burns is... This is not Pacquiao or Mayweather we're talking about here.

Why did Burns duck him??? It was so blatant. Now Burns has a very real chance of losing a one sided decision to Vazquez, a fight just as tough as fighting Broner, and a fight that isn't nearly as big for him.
okay ...so what youre saying is he ducked Broner a relativity unknown tough fight ...to fight Vazquez a known tough fight. hmmmmmm!
Normally a duck is to fight an easy opponent. Not a tough one.
Example: Floyd Mayweather made a career out of it!

You're funny. You mention one aspect just so you can be right. Well, in the US, Broner is the draw. Broner is recognized as the number 1 fighter at 135. Broner is the man to beat, not Burns. Burns would be an underdog no matter where they fought. All burns has going for him is the title. Broner proves nothing by beating Burns, but Burns would be a star over night if he beat Broner. Burns should be more willing to prove himself against Broner, than Broner proving himself against Burns. Burns is probably not the least afraid of Broner, but his people probably feel different. They're not ready to cash out unless they get payed a lot more than they deserve. That's why this fight hasn't happened.

              Broner is the draw?
Broner couldn't give away tickets at $30 a pop in his home city a couple of fights ago? Burns could and can sell 10k easy.

I'll take your definition of draw as meaning he's got TV backing.

If Burns unifies the WBO and IBF belts that gives him a lot more negotiating power with Broner's people.

Beat Vazquez, and that puts the WBC, WBO, IBF, Ring, and Lineal titles on the line for a Broner-Burns match-up. That means a lot more money for Ricky. Broner doesn't have any big name competition to beat at 135, so unifying the belts is the only game in town.

I see what you did there. Switching words around. You went from talking about being a draw to being the underdog. And Broner proves nothing by beating Burns? You're talking like Broner is the #1 P4P guy in the world or something. Don't let the RING list fool you, that guy is NOT P40... yet.

Just like he moved up in weight to duck him last time, remember? It shocked the boxing fans? A while back? When he jumped up in weight? When the fight was on Broner's radar?
