This TS has the stupidest threads... And that's saying a lot around here...
Figure out what your point is and stick to it. Are you really arguing resumes? GGG and Jr have beaten guys on the level of Williams and Pavlik? Has GGG even fought a guy on Chavez's level? Or, because he started late and will go on to fight longer than they are ever likely to? Let's see what they have at 37 years of age.

Hide out? He came and took the Margarito fight and lost, which is what a lot of people based there opinon of him on and promoters had their chance to sign him and Dibella was the only one that took a chance. Are you saying he just decided to ignore making money and just fight for peanuts, only to come out years later and be recognized as P4P one of the best?

Why would he do that? Not all fighters get big fight oppurtunities just because they're undefeated, his big break was getting Alex Bunema on Boxing After Dark in 2008, HBO liked what they saw and brought him back. He really impressed against Paul Williams on short notice and he took off from there.

Exactly and he was STILL the opponent, the B side. He had zero name value and getting rolled over didn't help, he had things to work on and improve. Who would get Sergio for a big fight based on this being his only fight against known competition? His oppurtunity came at the right time and he's taken full advantage.

GGG will get the MW title someday, not against Martinez, but he will be the champ. It'll just take a little more time. He's really just started taking off. And Chavez Jr. showed he's more than a protected fighter, he's dangerous, especially if he trains seriously.

All 3 of those are overrated to no end. You got a guy in Martinez who can go down to 154 to face the real competition but chooses not too. You got a guy in Chavez Jr who is a damn light heavy weight fighting a MW because the competition is undersized and quite frankly sucks balls. Then you got a guy in GGG who has 0 defense and is getting a reputation based on rumors and good match making.

I like to watch all 3 of them fight, but lets call a spade a spade here these guys are above average fighting in a shit division and they're being treated like amazing fighters.
