70-30 is too much. Pac has been on PPV longer, but Cotto has the biggest PPV between them without one of the mega draws(DLH and Hatton). But Pac is the biggest draw in the sport at this point and deserves the lions share. Cotto will pull his weight though.

I think this fight will do as much as the Hatton fight.

He's only counting US numbers so the Hatton fight is fair game. He's not really a De La Hoya-esque mega-draw outside of Britain

its gotta be 60-40 split at least cause cotto is a very good and popular fighter. maybe not as big as pacman right now but he is still big and he has fought many big ppv fights. pac only really has the DLH fight under his belt which was huge because i mean comon its de la hoya.
