    Wladimir can't until Vitali retires.

    The top cruiserweights are evenly matched.

    The light heavyweights are as well.

    I guess the first one that comes to mind is Andre Ward at 168. But who are some others in your opinion?

                Garcia could probably unify but he would avoid the best fighters like Lucas since he doesnt hold a belt
