On July 7th in Bern, Switzerland, IBF/WBO/IBO/WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (57-3, 50KOs) will make a mandatory defense against the IBF's number one rated boxer, Tony Thompson (36-2, 24KOs). Back in July of 2007, Klitschko stopped Thompson in the eleventh round of their battle. Before the stoppage, Thompson gave Klitschko some fits. The champion's trainer, Emanuel Steward, expects a very tough in the rematch.

don't see how it will be any different
Thompson tried last time, which is all we can ask for
but he wasn't really in the fight on rds and did no big damage
Wlad will probably beat him easier and end it sooner
better Thompson again than Chambers again though
at least Thompson came to fight

"...expects a very tough in the rematch..." Brain disease going around I'm not aware of?

Anyways...wasn't Lennox KO'd in the first Rahman fight?... Who knows how this one will go? The guy is experienced and is also very tall. Plenty of mo.... seem to think the brothers win only because of height, with any half-decent challenger of equal height being able to whoop them? Heh...

              History lesson time

Lennox Lewis against Rahman 1 had several gigantic factors involved that all directly related to Lewis's downfall
1- Lennox Lewis was severely effected by the South Africa climate and higher air attitute which he was never used to fighting at. Rahman on the other hand was already training there and is very used to high climate attitute training as he himself admitted. This gave him a huge edge.

2- Lewis was never fully prepared because of the sabotage done to him by henchmen who to this day remains 'a mystery'.
Training camp was bombed by food poisoning, lack of proper nutritional intake, ruckus at night, non stop noise and loss of electricity. Loss of training equipment among other factors. Now nobody know who these 'mystery' figures that costed all this drama is to this day. But rumors had it that it is probably cronies of Tyson or Don King.

              3- Rumored Drugging

Now I for one do not believe that anyone could have gotten past Emmanuel Steward's vigilant watch, but crazier things have happened. One thing cannot be disputed. If you watch Rahman Lewis 1 closely. LEWIS was already drooling and smiling MINUTES BEFORE THE KNOCK OUT.. I never ever seen Lewis drool like that ever.. It is very very suspicious how any fighter can drool and smile minutes before the knockout, Lewis had a very gazed expression on his face and his eyes was clearly off.

4- Steroid and super enhancement by Rahman?
During the period of time between Rahman 1 and JUST before Rahman 2 fights. Hasim Rahman was never tested. He appeared 150% faster then he normally was. 165% stronger. and his reflexes were 250% more enhanced based on his performance during the first Lewis fight.
HE WAS TESTED BEFORE THE 2ND LEWIS FIGHT
AND LOOK what happened. He got knocked the **** out by the most brutal 1-2 punch combo in HW History

              5- Loaded Wraps rumor.
once again this is just a rumor but many sources close to Rahman stated that they were 'shocked' Rahman can punch as hard as he did. Everyone knew Rahman had a right hand, but the punch capitia of Rahman during that fight was off the charts.

Just a study of Rahman and his powers.
He usually register a 8.9 on the Power Scale in Ricetor Testing and Punch Per Resistance Captia

DURING THE FIRST LEWIS FIGHT. HE registered a whooping 9.88
How did his powers go up by that much and just for one fight?
              Very very suspicious

Once again all of this is just rumors and nothing has been proven, but what happened in the Rematch and how Lewis handled him with such ease arises suspicion.

Thompson was rubbish last time and he'll be worse this time. What a joke. How do the German fans put up with this nonsense?

The toughest thing about this rematch will be Wlad deciding what colour gloves to wear.
