I weigh around 175 pounds now at the age of 19

the highest ive weighed was actually when i was a kid. When i was like 14 i weighed 200pounds lol. I was sooo fat

I'm 6'1-6'2. I was 169lbs in 2007, 200+ winter in 2009 (lol). Currently 177.

206 lbs at my heaviest. 170 at my lightest. Once I start hitting the 190's I'll cut back on the junk food and hit the gym. Then after a few months or maybe a year of working out and I'll end up slacking off again. My weight has been going up and down like this for the past 10 years.
