Its not up to U.S. standards man... but hey... thats RP for you... sucks at it but thats how we interpret "mall" cuture here. Its generally the same in Dubai and other Asian countries like Vietnam, Thai and Indo, so its no big deal. You just had it better there i guess.

It just seems unhealthy really. It makes it literally impossible to have clean facilities, and then there are no toilet paper rolls. Same with Max's, I'll never support them in America until they learn how to treat their paying guests.
