            Concha is a shell. However, in some South America countries they use it as another word for vagina/p*ssy. When they say it, is something like "motherfcker" or the chinga tu madre that mexicans use.

              Haz de cuenta que es como si un mexicano al terminar una entrevista, dijera "vayanse a chingar a su madre putos" creo que Matthysse lo hace con el afan de decirles, aqui estoy, gane, y me voy abriendo paso a pesar de todos los obstaculos que me estan poniendo.

                Pretty much these two.

                They can use it as an insult or just throw it around for fun. Sometimes they can use it like we say: "Sea la madre de los tomates" or "Me cago en la gata" after making a mistake (or at least those are the words my family members use).
