Just because you got a nosebleed doesn't mean it broke. If it broke you should've felt the crunch and at the very least in a little over a day the bags under your eyes would turn black/purple. If none of that happened I'm sure you'll be more than fine for the fight, it just might be a good idea to wait a few days before doing hard sparring again.
