I have had to days with a new trainer he has me really moving alot and im not sure about a few things we do. However, i felt fast before but im getting even faster. I was hoping to fight a few times since summer but had a pectoral tear. I am healing and hope to fight in late June. Thought i would share Peace

Sure he has me throwing a medicine ball against a wall and then throwing combos before it gets back. I do shadow boxing in water and form drills. Just walking back and fourth with a one-two Right then left and really working on twisting. I am working on doing one -two's and more combos on the speed bag as well.

i saw him do it on the countdown...you have to throw it...let it bounce and pick it up then throw it again...

**** i jsut do punchout drills to build speed 1 minute of 1'2's all speed
then 1 minute of 1'2's with power to get my technique down
