Originally posted by IRISH LULLABY View PostThe chances are, it might end up with the exact same result again. Is there a possibility that Sonny Liston cleans Shavers' clock in one-round? Absolutely yes, and if an individual holds that opinion, it doesn't make them a lunatic or a pothead either. Liston was a known one-round KO artist to boot. He did annihilate Floyd Patterson in consecutive first round KO's, not to mention in the bout previous to his title shot against Patterson, Liston obliterated Albert Westphal in one round also. I wouldn't put it past Liston to flatten Shavers' within a minute, he was such a phenomenal puncher.
IRISH LULLABY, please post your match results please.
The same goes for others too.

The list stinks without these former champs:
Primo Carnera
James Braddock
Frank Bruno
David Haye
Nikolai Valuev
Tommy Morrison
Id also include Oliver Mccall over Lastarza.

Tommy Morrison? Kirk Johnson is better anyday.
But all the others, I must agree, excellent choices. I'll keep that in mind when making the next tournament
