Only fighters with a shot is Sugar Ray Robinson, Ray Leonard, Henry Armstrong

Probably no one would Oscar fought alot of great fighters back to back with most of them in their prime or near it

That just proves De La Hoya fought through one of the toughest gauntlet of opponents if we are mentioning top 10-20 ATG that only have a shot. Oscar was a great fighter fought in a deep era with mixed results all tough fights and was never outclassed in his prime

Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson are the obvious answers. They both fought at middleweight so Hopkins size wouldn't be as big a factor.

You really have to find guys that fought effectively from 147-160.
