  • Comments Thread For: Team Guerrero: If Khan Fights Us, He Can Forget Floyd

Bob Santos, co-manager of former champion Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (31-2-1, 18KOs), advised BoxingScene.com that there is absolutely no truth to the circulating rumors of a fight being negotiated with incoming welterweight Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs). However, Santos would welcome the opportunity to make such fight - although he doubts the match will happen because he fully expects Guerrero to derail any possibility of a potential fight between Khan and pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. (45-0, 26KOs).

Ha ha, everybody talks about stopping khan nowadays, no one talks about how good he is or can be anymore.

Only people who talk about how good he is are the people khan beat or even fought, like Malignagi, Judah. But even Garcia will say how good khan was in the first rounds or so.

But the ghost needs to build himself a bit himself, he lost to Floyd pretty bad.
