My man, you're kidding about Charles, right? He has one of the best skill sets and deepest resumes in history. I think strong arguments could be made for Whitaker but he may be a little high. I agree Lopez is to high. Great skills but his resume doesn't allow him to get in the top 20 in my opinion.

Didn't mean to trample on any sacred cows, I was just getting back at SBleeder (see post #28).

And you really got back at me good by suggesting that Ezzard Charles, the greatest LHW ever, isn't a top 20 pound for pounder.

Most of the lists contains names I'd have, some not in the same order. Some of the lists are just absolute jokes. It'll take time for me to make my own. A hell of a lot of research needs to go into it.

                SBleeder....

Whatever fights of Ricardo Lopez you saw, I saw as well. He was a great fighter and beautiful to watch. But, Roy Jones was greater. Roy was the #1 lb4lb guy for about a decade....and it doesn't matter if he was that while not boxing the way you wanted him to. His victories over Toney and Hopkins are superior to Lopez's over Sorjaturong and Rosendo Alvarez.

As everyone knows, you know nothing of Ezzard Charles and his career.
