Jose Miguel is the brother of Puerto Rican superstar and WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto. Jose Luis, the former lightweight king, has seen much better days since the close decision loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2002. The fight is being discussed for the Erik Morales-Danny Garcia undercard on March 24th at Reliant Arena in Houston, Texas.
