I wouldn't put it past any athlete in general, there is to much to gain and even the stiffest penalties don't do much to change it. 2 year bans are what is recommended first time offenses and sure that would hurt long term earning potential but if a guy already cashed in it was essentially worth it.

In boxing I would say it is even worse for a couple reason 1) the sport has haphazard governance thus it is easier to game the system 2) boxing is dangerous so I would assume fear of the other guy using and you not plays on fighters 3) it is difficult to make it in all sports but the difference in earning potential between mid level guys and the stars is just so vast in boxing that I think more guys would look for that sort of edge just to sniff that big money.

So I doubly wouldn't put it past any fighter.

I didn't compile the list, saw it on another forum but my understanding the fighters on the list tested positive for the substance post-fight.

I think the only people who aren't cheating are the ones who faded normally. ie. Cotto, Hatton, Castillo etc etc. Mostly fighters outside of the US it seems, as everyone else pointed out.

I was referring to the cocaine and marijuana inclusions.

Calzaghe needed the coke to keep from killing his opponents, it had a calming effect on him, so he gets a pass from me.....there is enough death in the world already.
