  • Boxrec's ranking system is ****ing crazy

I know this has been said a lot, but jesus. The jumps are so random.

Apperently Gerry Penelosa is the best bantamweight out there lol. Vasquez is #1 p4p. Munoz is 10. Pacquiao is 5.

I was surprised to see Adamek listed at 1 over Cunningham at Cruiser but then again it's boxrec so it's not that surprising.

They're fighting each other this year so at least that will get sorted out.

The rankings are solid besides the P4P list which is crazy.

True. Should be a good fight. Plus the Ring Belt @ 200 will be on the line. That will definitely clear some things up

indeed, and hopkins was p4p#1 on sunday but #3, 3 days later. but having said that, I take boxrec rankings way more seriously than the wbo, wbc, wba & ibf rankings. I would respect boxrec's belt, if they made one, WAY more than any of those alphabet belts.

It's boxrec. I remember they had Jeff Fenech and Azumah Nelson ranked in the top-10 all-time for 154 lb'ers.
