Like 3 I believe. I have never seen the other two like you.
Although there is Michael Mann directed Silence of the Lambs movie before the famous one.

Well I don't know if their connected but their's 4 with hannibal lector. Silence of the lamb, hannibal, red dragon, and hannibal rising.

The books are all excellent (except the latest, Hannibal Rising), much better than the films. Of the films only Silence of the Lambs is any good. There are two film versions of Red Dragon, and I haven't seen the older one.
