    LAS VEGAS, NEV. – U.S. District Court Judge Larry R. Hicks denied the Emergency Appeal filed by Floyd Mayweather, Jr. for a protective order to prevent his court-ordered deposition, finding that Mayweather's motion was "without merit." Mayweather's deposition had been scheduled for June 17, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nev. Mayweather refused to appear.

            Pacquiao is already up 2 points on Mayweather before the bell even rings. Floyd has been ducking him with the petty steroid allegations, and Pac's already taking money directly out of Mayweather's pocket, and he should take quite a hefty sum out once the court finds in Pacquiao's favor, which it will. Karma coming to collect.

                  lol, ****in Floyd. Team Pac isnt getting any respect from him. Thats gotta be driving them nuts. I can imagine pac lawyers throwing a fit when Floyd is like **** you and no shows. Whiney *****es.
