    Just get a physical from a Doc before you start and remember that
    Cheetos and Dr.Pepper are not food groups.

            Day 1: Took a 30 min Jog, did some crunches and pushups. Have been drinking water all day.....

                Same today, drinking water like a madman, jogged this morning, sit ups, and pushups, thinking about buying a weight bench.....
