how is devon ranked #1 by wbc when he's never fought at welterweight before? i hope for his sake he has more energy cuz madiana will be coming all night. madiana probably will be even slower at this weight so that might work to devon advantage but i dont see how devon will deal wit that power for 12 rounds.props to devon though for another tough oppenent
