                  kazakhstan's shw ivan dychko is ukrainian or russian. i would guess ukrainian by his last name. vassiliy jirov is a good example too.

                    Yea, I know that is because of the Soviet Union. But majority of the people in central Asia are Turkic descent and are not considered Eastern European. If anything, they would get their head kicked in if they were in Eastern Europe
