Pacquiao has surpassed Mayweather and then some.

Mayweather will be a good name to have on his record, but Manny is already the best fighter of his generation and has beat many future HOFs.

Martinez at 154lbs is a bigger scalp for Manny than Mayweather, and it is a tougher fight.
