Watched it in the news last year about a cougar convention here in southern California, the starting age for cougars is at 40 years old. There were a lot of angry cougars when a 35 years old was there and claiming to be a cougar. I don't really care what age but 40 or above is considered a cougar by the cougar association that held the convention.
