Yeah man, the guy did not master the fundementals, he would dribble with the wrong hand on the opposite lane, but he was like the flash, and no one was fast enough to stop him.

plus the fact that he didnt go to college plays pretty big in his favor

All star game mvps, regular season mvps, finals mvps, defensive player of the year awards. Nope Jordan > bryant. Of course Kobe might end up playing more games he was drafted when he was 17 ffs, and look how many times Jordan retired. The only thing of merit that is a possibility is rings, and Kobe did not earn most of them as the go to guy. Rober Horry has more rings than Reggie Miller, but one is an ATG and the other is a scrub. Rings alone do not mean much these other individual awards do.

                  it doesn't matter.

                  numbers mean a lot.

yes kobe will end up playing longer and with more games but it is what it is.

btw jordan does not have more all star mvp's than kobe.

MJ has the only thing Kobe hasn't done in a season: MVP and Defensive Player of the Year Award in 1988.

But hey, Kobe's young at 31, so who knows? He might actually win every category this season hehehe...MJ's gonna be so pissed he'd unretire again!

Rings alone don't mean ****. Robert Horry won them with the rockets, Lakers, and the Spurs. Mentioning him in the same breath as Vince Carter is an insult. Anyways none of this is a forgone conclusion. Kobe has put in work to earn 1 ring as the leader, lets see if he can earn one more.
