Just got my new Ringside gloves, they're great, thanks for the recommendations.
However,I've got no skin on my right hand knuckle at the moment,I was on the bag for such a long time!!
Went back on the bag yesterday and, obviously, opened them up again. It keeps randomly breaking and bleeding, even during class at uni!!
Do you guys just work through this type of stuff,or let it heal?
I normally just carry on regardless, but was wondering.

Work through it man. Although you will probably want to get a pad or a sponge underneath your wraps, over the knuckle, to help it heal abit faster...........Rockin'

honestly man, u gotta rest it eh, cos the skin will continue to rip off if you keep punching, few days rest wont hurt ya, on ya days off from punching, u can still shadow spar, skip, run...etc.
its like any other sore onm ya leg or arm, u gotta let it heal.

You dont need to rest it, you just have to protect it. The scarring over the knuckle will actually help it from occuring as frequently. It is bound to happen if your busting the bags again with crap gloves or no wraps on and such. Keep working, youll be fine...........Rockin'

And boxing is not like any other sport!
