Thanksgiving what's on your menu?

Turkey is good stuff.

Homemade stuffing, corn, mash potatoes, arroz con fideos, and of course some juicy turkey and now I'm in the throne...life is good!

For many of us, we're feasting because it Thanksgiving, but what are you having. Most do Turkey and Ham but I'm a couple hours from throwing eight stuffed game hens in the oven. The wife is in charge of the side dishes, mashed potatoes, cranberries, sweet potatoes, pies etc.

Does anyone bbq, smoke or deep fry a turkey?

We had turkey and watched Dallas get beat. At least the turkey was good!
