That's a pretty weird comparison to make.
I would rate Marciano higher because the man is just a legend, all he did at HW was unprecedented and still not surpassed in the sense that he retired CHAMPION AND UNDEFEATED.
Jones, well... His legend has been a bit tarnished lately, no matter what people might say. It's better to retire at the right time like Marciano.
I could add that Marciano is a top 10 all-time at HW, and Jones is not a top 10 all-time at light-heavy where he had the most success and achieved the most.
