PLaying it for about 1.5 hours so far today, the PC version.

So far very similar (obviously ), story seems compelling. So far spending most of my time scavenging for crap to sell for caps one thing I thought (if I remember correctly) was different Fallout 3 werent magazines/books grant you a permanent increase to skill? Now its temporary.
