        Pacquiao ****ed himself over by not sticking to one explanation on why he doesn't wanna do the random blood tests.

        Had he simply said from the get-go, that he isn't gonna let Floyd boss him around, maybe he wouldn't have given so much ammunition to critics to use against him.

        Stating first that you don't like needles, then get weak from giving blood, then Floyd isn't gonna boss us around, let the commission do their job, is one too many excuses.

                    Probable Cause = the Oxford Companion to American Law defines probable cause as "information sufficient to warrant a prudent person's belief that the wanted individual had committed a crime (for an arrest warrant) or that evidence of a crime or contraband would be found in a search (for a search warrant)"

                    Where is the information that warrants a search? There is none.
