30 minutes of shadowboxing.
6 rounds of bag work
6 rounds of mit work
6 rounds for a mix of various boxing exercise like floor to ceiling bag, speed bag.
Or
20 minute warm up
6 rounds of mit work
6 rounds of sparring.
1 hour of various weight training from classic bodybuilding training to sled dragging and olympic lifts.
But this is what I do not to keep myself in decent shape. When I fought training was much different
