How is it possible to come up with a 35% chance ? How ? Boxing is not even about chance. There are so many intangibles, how the **** did you end up saying "well, I guess Chambers has a 35%chance of winning" ? 35% based on what ? You can say I think this one will win, or this one, for whatever reason, but coming up with a percentage, that's just ridiculous.
You decided to talk about boxing, I say he has a 35% chance of winning because Wladimir is so much bigger, he hits hard, and is a damn good boxer. Chambers imo is different from previous Wladimir opponents and he's very hard to hit. He is also a much better boxer then Chagaev and Ibragimov. That Dimitrenko fight showed Chambers talent and skill, which is incredibility high, but I don't know if Chambers can overcome the size disadvantage that's against him. I actually would say a 40% chance but the Wladimir fanboys would say that number is too high (and they maybe right).

And don't question anyone's intelligence when you are just some troll talking through the internet.

Well, you can put the bet in your signature or you don't have to as far as I'm concerned. Basically, we just wait until the fight happens, and if I win, you click on donate under my name and put 10000 in the box. If you win, I'll promptly do the same.

Sorry, but you haven't answered the question. Talking about advantages and strenghts is valide to determine who one should favorize to win a fight, but that doesn't lead to a percentage. What would be the 35% based on ? I think it's illogical to say Chambers has 1 chance out of 3, basically. Boxing doesn't work like that. Anyway, forget it.

You've got to admit that most of the guys Wlad has beaten lately have faded into obscurity. Brock, Ibragimov, and Brewster come to mind quickly. Granted it wasn't all because of their losses to Wlad, but the fact remains that they're no longer top 10 guys that we talk about.

Obviously, the dude said that to make Wlad bigger then he is. It reminds me of Hopkins saying he takes the souls of his opponents, whom are not the same anymore after fighting him. It's rhetorical BS if you ask me to create an even bigger legend out of yourself. So basically, the comment was meant to nuthug Wlad.

If we take a look at his last opponents : Ibragimov elected to retire since he has made money, he got married and ran some kind of oil business. Chagaev will be fighting some dude for a WBA eliminator. Not bad for a guy who faded into obscurity. After losing to Wlad, Brock got 2 wins to lose in the first round of an eliminatory tournament for the no 1 spot for the IBF, losing to Chambers, then he retired. Thompson has came back with a win and goes on with his career. Rahman career was already on the downslide... Brewster was never on Wlad's level anyway, he capitalized on Wlad running out of gaz (poisoning?) to capture his belt, then was dominated as he should have been, then re-became the journeyman he really is. If we go even further back, Byrd had had a great career, and both times Wlad has become champ beating Byrd, so Byrd made Wlad more than the other way around.

BTW, the Ring still rank both Chagaev and Thompson in their top 10 at HW.

Of course no one can be on top just after suffering a crushing defeat. But did they fade into obscurity ? No.

Wladimir is special. Chambers is ordinary.

Thats why Wladimir got a second chance.

Wladimir is special ? How so ? He's boring as hell, I don't see why he's special or should have been granted a second chance where other fighters should not. Fighters make their own chance. They just need to come back after losing and look impressive. Any fighter can get a second chance.

just realise that either the "one" or the "two" could have produced the same KO of either or both of those two fighters. It just happened that it didn't.
