you're shooting yourself in the foot. because under the guidelines for cotto-pac, they couldn't go over 145. and they didn't.
And therein lies the problem. Pac can add commissioner to the multitude of roles he fails at. Could have been an ATG win, yet he had to drain his opponent who has had weight problems below 147 in the past.
