military press, lateral raises, ffront raises, for rear delt- you can sit on a bench, and bend over until ur chest is bascially on your knees. and raise dumbbell laterally. Or go to a pec dec (butterfly machine) and do it reverse, it will work your rear delts. Shoulder shrugs for traps...
