Yeah I did try it yesterday... I had a few hours to kill before Rugby started so I gave it a go...
It is good, I was definitely feeling it by the end of the 6 minutes. I got through the lot, but was in the hurt locker the last few of the jump squats.
I recommend this as it will work for sure at helping your base and your power/burst ability.
