Would Audley Harrison have done well ....

Would Audley Harrison have done well ....

if he was under the stable of Frank Warren?

the bbc did a good job of keeping him busy but could not get him the major fights.

He's a fraud, and was out worked and out fought by a sluggish and uncaring Guinn.

It doesn't matter who he fought under or what he did, he'd still be a giant pile of crap.

I saw Frank always say that at least they would have found out earlier.

People knock Warren for building fighters slowly, but even he wouldn't have had an olympic gold medalist have a six-year pro career without even so much as fight for British or Commonwealth. What a waste of talent.

He kept getting injured though, mate.

If it wasn't for the injuries, he might be retired world champion now. Who knows?

The lack of heart, I don't know about this.

I think it was more to do with the fact that he was boo'd coming to the ring to fight Williams (a man who had won an Olympic Gold medal for Great Britain, being boo'd) and felt sorry for himself. And then the fight with that American guy he lost to, he had actually had to BEG his people to work his corner for that fight! So mentally he wasn't exactly very enthusiastic..

I know from his autobiography that he had to have injections into his knuckle or bone, due to the pain. With regards to heart, didnt he have the "heart" when he got Britain the Gold medel?

I mean fighting under Frank Warren might have removed the stress of management and at least he would know hes being looked after.
