Today I started with a Pro shake for breakfast
A v8 for a snack
a tuna sandwich for lunch
1oz of almonds as a snack
1cup of rice and a piece of steak for dinner
1can of tuna as a snack
I ran 4mls in 30mnts
boxing trained for 2hrs
exercised at the gym for 2hrs
I still weigh 175
How is this possible while you are in Iraq?
