hOW DO i MAKE SURE i ROTATE MY HIPS AS OPTIMALLY AS POSSIBLE?
Like is a tight as possible rotation of the hips best? So rotate them in on themselves as tight as I possible can?
How do you know when you are doing it right/ optimally?
Also should I be spinning my legs/ feet before I spin my hips or do they (legs+ feet) just rotate as a result of me spining my hips?
Are my hips rotating like in a perfect circle or is it more like slamming a door shut?
