To be honest it is about the principle. Look at a place like Wallmart, if you as an employee demanded more than the standard amount they'd tell you to f
uck off and pick the next name on the list. 1.5 million is still a fair amount of money anyway, it'd be the equivalent of someone shaving a few grand off of your yearly salary.
