Starting weight: 201.0lbs
Daily Caloric Intake: 1,600 Cals
Implementing Intermittent fasting Window: 3pm-8pm
Will post updates on how I feel, progress, weight updates etc..... If you have questions, shoot... I completed the entire thing succssfully last year. Looking to reach the 170's this year, last year I reached 187lbs, starting at 217lbs.
