Simple Larry. He presented a much greater risk with about 1/10th the reward, much less exposure and fight fun.

Who cares though? It's long done with. It was relevant briefly. Then Raheem got KTFO.

Why did lots of fighters fight the much bigger name over the arguably better fighter, at that time at least? Floyd's done it, Pac's done it, Marquez, Hopkins, Jones, blah blah blah have all done it.
