Someone please help get me in shape, much appreciate it.
Ok I havent really worked out In years , I worked out about 2 years ago for only one week, but didn't get the results I wanted because to be honest I know nothing about nutrition or workout routines. I'm 5'10 weigh 135, when I worked out for that week i went down to 128 so I gave up. I'm back to 135 ,2 years later, and dont work out at all. My goal is to get thicker legs and get lean muscle not big by any means, any help I'd appreciate it. Btw right now I just look toned nothing jiggles.
